I could not think of any improvements that the engineer could make. The engineer is familiar with our service, is always professional and appropriate in his attitude, friendly and polite and unobtrusive when carrying out his work to keep disruption to a minimum. The engineer always discusses any issues that have arisen during the inspection and discusses recommendations. We are completely satisfied with this service and would strongly recommend it.

Above and beyond customer service experience

A named engineer who has a real understanding of what we do within a nursing home as well as a complete understanding of all our equipment. This saves valuable time and money with an engineer who is familiar with the home and its equipment. Regular service intervals are driven by Medaco support, they really do provide great customer support from beginning to end of the process and exceptional engineering staff who strive for excellence and look for cost-effective solutions rather than say “it’s broken you need a new one” !. I would recommend Medaco unreservedly.
