Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How to return an item
To be returned your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Please retain all packaging, any items not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

2. Mail your returned item to: FAO Returns, Medaco, Unit 109 Emerald Park East, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7FG
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original invoice.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Goods that are not in stock, or are a special purchase will not be accepted for return.
The original carriage charge will not be refunded. the full value of the goods will be refunded following inspection at our warehouse, providing the goods are in perfect condition. If your item was delivered on a pallet, we can arrange collection of the pallet, and the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.
