Medaco Delivery Times and Rates

Medaco works very hard to deliver your order promptly and aim to dispatch all orders within the following timelines:

Patient Slings

Medaco offers a wide range of patient slings and carries a large amount of stock for common sling types. We aim to dispatch slings within 1 working day of receiving the order and be received by you within 48 hours from the time of dispatch. In the unfortunate event where the product you ordered is out of stock, Medaco will contact you via phone or email to update you with a new expected dispatch date. This will usually be 3 – 10 working days depending on the manufacturer.

Mobile Hoists and Profiling beds

For larger items, such as mobile hoists and beds, a delivery date will be provided after you have placed the order. This will usually be 5 – 14 days from the order received. If you would like to know a precise delivery date before placing your order, please contact us via phone or live chat so we can advise.

Unfortunately, delays sometimes occur through delivery couriers. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days from when you receive your order dispatch email, please contact support@medaco.co.uk in the first instance or call 03333 22 33 44.

COVID-19 Update

Medaco is working hard to ensure you receive the best possible service. During these unprecedented times, your orders may take longer to reach you than usual as our couriers experience delays.

All delivery partners will contact you regarding your delivery and the steps they are taking to keep you and their staff safe at this time.

Delivery Rates

Medaco delivers to England, Scotland, and Wales with the following charges:

  • £15.00 per order for orders below £150.00
  • FREE DELIVERY on orders £150.00 or more

Delivers are made via a tracked service such as UPS or TNT. You will receive communications from both Medaco and the delivery provider with order status updates and tracking information.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to return an item

To be returned your item must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Please retain all packaging, any items not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

  1. Please email sales@medaco.co.uk to request a refund.
  2. Mail your returned item to FAO Returns, Medaco, Unit 109 Emerald Park East, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7FG
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original invoice.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Goods that are not in stock, or are a special purchase will not be accepted for return.

Carriage

The original carriage charge will not be refunded. the full value of the goods will be refunded following an inspection at our warehouse, providing the goods are in perfect condition. If your item was delivered on a pallet, we can arrange the collection of the pallet, and the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.
