We know that when you purchase care equipment, you're not just making a significant investment, you're also ensuring safety and comfort to the user - that's why we take care of the details, to help you work smarter, not harder.
Our regular servicing and preventative maintenance of equipment ensure continued safety, helps prolong the operational life of equipment, minimises the risk of downtime and emergency call-outs, so you and your users get more for your investment. As part of our all-inclusive service, we can also provide PUWER, LOLER, equipment audits and asset management - giving you more time to focus on running your facility.
We offer 24-hour service 365 days of the year. Choose which response time you need and ensure your equipment is up and running as soon as possible. Contact us today to discuss how we can help you reduce admin, reduce costs and improve equipment with our service agreements.
As an addition to our Annual Service option, we can also offer an interim Preventative Maintenance schedule to any of your patient care equipment. For relatively low costs you can arrange to have your care products inspected to ensure they are performing in the most effective manner. Many of our customers specify a six-month preliminary service when an engineer can inspect, advise and, if necessary, quote for any remedial work required.
